For example during the lease signing I point out the clause that no personal belongings or furniture can be stored outside (think couch on porch) and proper coverings like drapes or blinds must be used to cover windows (think cardboard or newspaper taped to the inside of the window).

This makes my decision very simple when combined with my desire to see those I consider to be criminal in nature to face the music.To ignore the fact that their actions are, in my opinion, criminal does not allow me to turn a blind eye regardless of the time or cost associated with me taking action to "punish".I know very few landlords are willing to take the moral high ground in dealing with reprehensible bad tenant behaviour but I am one.

Each State has its own system, however in a general way, you really need to determine the chain of title ownership working forwards from the first insured acquisition deed.Subsequent, uninsured transfers may be problematic from a title insurance standpoint.Since only one out of perhaps 10,000 people signing a Warranty Deed (or Grant Deed) truly read and fully understand all the implication of what they're signing, absent insurance, you really just have a blind representation by Grantor.

.- Keep blinds and curtains open so air can circulate around the windows. - Use fans to keep air circulating throughout the home.- Be sure to ventilate (fan or window) when taking showers or otherwise creating excess moisture in the home.- Open doors/windows and air out the home whenever possible to remove excess moisture.

If you are learning watching video like Ghomnet on YouTube, playlist your real estate 101 (shameless plug hahaha)  and other you learn if you are approaching blindly it might be better to leave it to a PM.
