I know that all the way up until the studs were ordered on my house build, my builder couldn't tell me whether I'd have metal or wood studs in my interior walls.

I just don't want to start off from bare-metal scratch with an attorney; I'd like to have some kind of a "foundation" to start with - like good contract forms, for one - and then engage an attorney.

There could be a great deal of demand for that commercial metal building or not.

I'm updating a powder room now, putting on a new garage door and opener and wrapping all of my exposed wood on the exterior with metal and new vinyl.

My main hobby is racing motorcycles and when I'm not racing I like to go biking, snowboarding, fishing, working on my car/motorcycle, airbrushing, drawing and I would like to do more woodworking/metal fab builds. 

Also, don't put all your eggs in one basket so considering investing in some equities and precious metals as well.
