How do you handle your calls (google voice etc).

I if I Let them go to a Google voice number?

Just voice mail, call centers, or dead air.

I have found that the act of answering and asking the sellers call and questions is paramount so we took that task away.We are about 10 days away from launching our telephone VOIP, mass auto text, and voice blast service...Its kinda cool... every time a caller calls you can set a series of actions back to them.

I can understand concerns voiced here, however IMO rather than censoring terms the discussions would be better served by explaining to the unsuspecting some of the due diligence steps to take.

The services in parenthesis are not integrations but you will be able to replace those services and approximately 3-4 more as well like Podio, Google Voice, Rehab Valuator, etc...

Sorry, no data......from my view:If one earned money from which to "fix-flip"(unless you have a Gen Contractors lic, have side time... whatever), my opinion, [CAUTION] South Florida is nonsense clown act, (synthetic growth), Irma money is overbuilding / lifting a false R/E data market, and thanks to local tax multipliers are up 1-2 points; only adds to "comfort levels" if looking at SOUTH FL,  Monroe/Miami-Dade / Broward , etc, the East coast of the State has no industry to fund usual and customary lease terms.

This adds I believe 1.5 inches from ceiling.Primary issue: Footfalls (just walking around would be hard for someone to focus downstairs)- 5/8" gyp rock affixed to the subfloor for footfall dampening w/green glue- Rockwool for high noise/voice attenuation- Sound channel clips for air separation- And to go further: double sheetrock with green glue.- Custom boxes around each of the light cans ($175 each) OR switching to wall sconcesThe primary cost is the sheetrocking labor itself, as It's not just the ceiling replacement, it's aligning the new ceiling texture with the walls.Given there is a stairwell from main floor downstairs, he recommended two solidcore doors, which parts + labor would be $2k each.What will we end up doing?
