We like to think of things in simple terms, and see only one side of an issue so we can pick our team and voice the "issue." 

Have left two voice message since last week.

I guess when trying to simplify it one could say that the logical deduction from the often voiced mantra "use other's people money" is "hell, even more so use your own money where available!

Keep in mind there is frequently an anti-renter cohort and an HOA offers a place to solidify that voice.

Have water, fire, moisture, temperature, motion sensors, voice interaction with customers, throughout the systems.  

Trying to weave and alchemist the number of synthetic DNA simulated dimensions we can survive in simultaneously will make this past year will seem like a flat tire.

If it’s easier, and you could spare some time, I would greatly appreciate connecting via voice.

My challenge is also figuring out what makes my voice or story more unique than that of the 500,000,000,000,000 other people blogging about the same stuff. 

We are ramping up on additive manufacturing and approaching the tipping point on about 5 technologies (sensors and networks, artificial intelligence, ever increasing cost/performance of chips, robotics, and synthetic biology).
