I put a star next to the properties I would someday like to own, the ones that look distressed, and noted the people who own more than one property in the area. 

I would give CB properties a 5 star rating, but would not agree they should approach a property like a Call of Duty video game.

However I have been trying to locate a property manager out in that area only to be met with a significant amount of 1 star reviews from google.

Settled on my current property manager as he had 22 5-star ratings on thumbtack (although I'll be looking for a new one next year).I'd recommend asking for referrals on BiggerPockets + referrals from your team as it starts to build.

Greek and foreign buying houses and villas in order to rent them by the day, some they  decorated  with designers and convert them to 5 star villas .

Count your lucky stars,  you just got a gift,(an expensive nice gift too)  that you can start fresh with your own tenant.

How to star my first real estate investment?

Many have stars in their eyes but have no idea what they're doing or how to go about investing.
