Inflation primary drivers right now are shortage of labor and fuel costs.  

Being self employed , you have to prepare for worst case . i made financial decisions , so if business slowed down , I could still cover my bills as a CDL driver . ( Never had to ) . 

I like that I can blend in when I’m with my contractors who don’t drive really nice new stuff and I like that I can blend in when I go to rougher houses and not “look rich” but I’m only human and it’s about to run its course because sometimes I do think non-investor clients care ** a little ** about you being in a decent car.  

We have an applicant trying to complete an application for one of our rentals, but they do not have a social security number or a driver's license number- which are required fields for our background and credit check.

Same as driving for Uber, after the market matures, nobody makes money, the Uber driver tired as they don't have too many calls,etc.

You should also have driver's license and car plates. 

More importantly, we put those student drivers with instructors to ensure everyones safety on the roads.
