@Meghan McCallum,The part I think you got right pertains to needed refi's in the days to come.Now that interest rates are finally rising after such an extended period at record lows, any properties depending on Cap rates are going to see a significant change in value.In general, of course, my belief is that the housing shortage will support residential properties and maintain the demand for rentals.
