More people are looking to travel cross country - in addition to outdoor related vacations - and avoiding cities to reduce contracting the virus.This has resulted in greater opportunities for Airbnb investments in suburbs or off the grid locations.

Personally, I prefer living in the Bay for the climate, the large network of entren as I'm very active in outdoor sports.

It is great to be able to have two separate temperatures going simultaneously.

The height of the TV does not seem to bother my parents (Outdoor couch 6-9 ft away), since they are out there all the time haha

The temperature has been averaging around -12 for the past couple of weeks here in Davenport Iowa, allowing me the opportunity to test out my recirculating pump.  

Another tip is to shut off outdoor faucets to avoid car washing etc.That being said at a leak causing increased billing I would think has to be after the meter. 

:)If this were the only outdoor space then I could see making it bigger but with a nice patio and grass in the yard plus the roof deck, the balcony was more for fun and to add a little something extra.
