Hi Wayne,I agree with Dennis that search engines do a pretty good job at catching up with webmasters who try to spam/scam search rankings, but you can still benefit from optimization.I suggest looking for someone who is able to help with on site optimization, content strategy, and paid marketing in addition to just optimizing your site for organic search.I've helped a few real estate investors with their online marketing.
