You need to be grateful that they fell for your sob story and let you stay this long.

I'd say your best bet is to wholesale this, try to make it more of a fluff piece to make the numbers pretty and run, not walk away and be grateful for what you make, then stay close to it, watch what the owners do and how they do it.

They get responses from some that are grateful for the offer and sell right away.

The one seller you see in the video cried (a lot), she was so grateful.

Again, I am continually amazed (and grateful) for the time that folks are willing to put in to explain things to novices.
