Looking at this from a business standpoint, I would prefer that tenants in my properties not have lethal weapons at their disposal because they are inherently dangerous.Life is complicated and I genuinely appreciate that there are widely divergent views on this issue.

Plus they have to provide you with a genuine receipt of the repair and it must be on an actual company invoice that did the job.

My initial plan seems to resonate with what many said, higher % on the main fee and less "nickel and dimeing" I did want to use my own maintenance group so I can capture that revenue stream but be competitive in price with outsourced labor.
