hope you guys can help-i signed a deal in dallas tx for a rehab-- i received a deed of trust, contract for RESALE, and appraisal for rehabbed value, as well as deed of ownership showing rehabber as owner(i am NOT on the deed) --property was supposed to be done and closed in september--i am finding out that contract and appraisal are fraudulent!
