Never use harsh solvents or cleaners though.

One seam is better then the appearance of 3, and a cleaner look.

I also get cheaper labor from my contractor/landscaper/gutter cleaner ect... because of my volume.I defiantly wont threaten to leave them (shouldnt have used the work leverage) but I eventually want to have a conversation about dropping my 10% fee OR reducing the nickle and dime fees a little.

If it was still dirty when your cleaner came and you have the receipt from your cleaner I would just tell him that.

You then get to pay for them to use Windex or some other real cleaner.

Since I never got the employment or rental verifications back no way to tell how legit they were.I think you're right about the application review process, though I think it's cleaner to do first come/first reviewed from a liability perspective.

The seller realizes that the pressure cleaner is out of fuel and decides to walk over a near-by convenient store for more fuel.

Personally I find it cleaner to pull the loan from the credit line to the business - simple as an on-line transfer - and write the checks from there.  

Fortunately, this is a much cleaner job.
