I will hit upon a few things that weren’t touched upon already in the processes in the main body of the book, so here are a few nuggets for you now.The following observations are done after you have already performed the formal screening procedures.

Servicing companies handle all of the legal paperwork, reporting, etc and are legally licensed and complaint with regulatory laws for a very minimal fee (typically around $20 - $50 per loan per month).

Additionally, one of the major issues with building here in Minnesota is the Tax and regulatory environment.

., "you don't seem happy here; if you want, I'll let you out of your lease and you can find another place to rent").This tends to "draw up" certain body parts of the complaining tenant as they are sometimes under the mistaken assumption that their complaining means you get to be the "bad guy" toward the tenant they are complaining about.  

My point, remain vacant vs dropping prices just to get warm bodies in!

I'm currently working on the 4 hour chef and plan to read the 4 hour body.
