As for me I have been working as a tour guide and tour bus driver in Alaska for the past 11 years.

My goal in earning my license is to do things like obtain access to the MLS, lock box access so I can tour properties on my own, etc.I'd also like to be able to generate leads for properties, probably through an online advertising strategy.

From there, I scheduled a meeting with them and went on tours of assets they did renovations to etc.

This includes everything you get from other brokerages, and then some -- professional photography, 3D virtual tour, digital marketing, high-end flyers and materials, and a amazing seller dashboard to see how many people are viewing and visiting your home in real time. 

My business partner and I would like to visit and tour investment properties in our current location to see whats on the market as know as (window shopping).

Then after you have put all tour ducks in a row, then you will have the conference to do tour first deal.  

This same neighbor actually offended a potential renter by walking over and basically interrupted the tour of the property.

Have your agent tour the property with the seller, give you comps based on condition, and present YOUR offer to the seller if the numbers are close.

 Touring properties is my favorite part!

I'll never forget the day that I was taking a tour of a property that I absolutely loved on the outside and inside up until I got to the basement....
