I know times they be a changin... though.was just in Lincoln last summer for my niece's wedding stayed at Thunder Valley that's one nice Indian casino and hotel  by the way.My direct mail that I do now is in other states one were I live and others in the deep south were I am active.

could it be because its the law and you need to be licensed to make middle man fees and bring two parties together.. or do you think in your world the buyers and sellers are more sophisticated and want to work with real estate professionals ???

But for right now the only buyer I would trust is someone with the actual cash. on the flip side we had 5 closings this last week  One hedge fund  One refi  ( big one ) One sale to owner occ ( Vegas and they were laid off from Casino just needed to get a letter from Casino that they will go back to work in 30 days which they did and FHA funded) payoff from 2 turnkey buyers one a US citizen the other I think from South America and one other owner occ all of these in different states..
