Hey everyone,I'm currently living in Orange County, CA (Fullerton more specifically) and, due to general CA market, it has always felt like out-of-state investing is the way to go.

Based in Orange Beach AL, so we serve Gulf Shores too plus FL side. 

These big orange/yellow books that people were carrying around that had a ton of information, address, trustee, possible auction starting bid, equity and a ton more information. 

If you think about it, in these market efficient times, with zillow and internet things and almost noone can scam buyer or the seller.....why would anyone want wholesale since the house is tear down quality anyway.I can't see more business that's as dishonest as the wholesaler, you need to say bad orange is good orange.

"realforeclose.com" is a big one... but they will put the county name in the title as well... so for Orlando, it is https://myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com/index.cfm  Orange County is where Orlando is located.

It's really comparing apples and oranges.
