I had a young nurse do that in Northern VA, and within 5 months she has all spare rooms rented.

Most nurses (since I'm using FF) book 3 months with the possibility of them renewing.

If you are close to the med center, there are plenty of nurses who stay 3 month contracts.

Majority of MTR tenants are traveling nurses, so they will want to be near a proximity of a hospital.
