It is even more nerve recking because I work in the education field.

My goal is to take the exam in the next couple months. 

Recently, I have passed both real estate courses needed to become an agent in the state of Washington, and will be taking my exam in the next 30 days.  

I own 1 rental but used a realtor to find my tenants, and now that I've decided to start an actual business, I want to try to do most things myself, and recently just had an offer accepted on a 2nd rental (and now I'm a ball of nerves lol). 

So it sounds like there are a few things that isn't available on the web, and I've seen the following as specific examples so far:1) seller subsidies2) hidden private agent remarks on a property3) information on the commissionsAnd, it also sounds like I touched a nerve with some agents who perceived my question as "how can we cut real estate agents out?"

I used to work with a company that would commission the ROTC and Service Academy initial medical examinations (DoDMERB) and the respect that I have for you young brave people grew daily in that role.Congratulations to you and your team on your success.

Did you examine the pro forma?  

Dodd-Frank is not the only issue, these contracts now have other problems with deed conveyances as seen by ALTA and title examiners, equity being established on statute requiring foreclosure and circumventing foreclosure laws.
