no new jobs plus new/extended benefits (thanks to the government printing press) equals more tough times of a different nature.I'm sure glad to hear others have a more sanguine opinion of what's ahead.

@Joe Zouine I recommend the books by Nolo Press about corporations and LLCs although they are more based on them from a legal structure vs taxes.What structure you use depends on what you are going to do with the property.

Back home in Australia, there is a new product which is being used called pressed laminate and pressed porcelain.  

Trouble with books is that they're out of date by the time they hit the press.
