I made the mistake of only saving enough to pay for my class/my finger prints/ my test/ and my national/state/local dues, MLS fees, and SupraKey.

Lots of last minute research and cross your fingers that you found everything.  

Keeping the fingers crossed by I get the rent before 1st every month so I haven't had to enforce the late fees but I agree with you!!

I haven't lifted a finger regarding that property since I moved out of it.The question is, how scaleable is that?

Seriously, if you have a good deal and drop it in an experienced syndicators lap and they get a nice percentage of a good deal without lifting a finger to find it, who is going to say no to that?
