I hand wrote 100 letters and that cost me probably ($50) for stamps a yellow pad and some inversion style ivory envelopes.  

The other thing I recommend is they have a similar applicator pad "brush".

If my market appreciates and I decide to sell, I make some money but if it crashes, I have a pad because people will always need rents. 

If you think that people want to do business with some character with a pencil, a pad of paper and a cell phone, I can assure you that people "smell" money (or the lack of it) and listening to a podcast or watching a webinar does not equip you to be a wholesaler, let alone an investor.My vote is to, at minimum, use a quality service like Freedomvoice or similar and work on your written script in advance of recording.

I may try it, but it's like $1,300 for 1,000 mailers, including postage and they do all the work, and the mailer is handwritten on a yellow legal pad paper a dn placed in a small invitation sized envelope.
