There's really no such thing as annoying tenant charges; that's one of the things you get paid for from rent. 

I do appreciate a call if there i a police presence on the property but I try put the annoyance issues back between  neighbors. 

For the next house I will come personally to their office, it's sooooo annoying!

You should put your ad up and then just prepare yourself to deal with the annoyance.

If someone was hassling me about a background check I would be annoyed because I have a perfect background.- They have a section 8 voucher so the government has recognized her as who she says she is or she has stolen someone else's voucher.

I will also make sure to call her my tenant and threaten to withhold her security deposit for just about anything she does whenever friends are around, just cause I really like annoying her. 

I can't tell you how many times I went back and forth with a tenant about a good time for me to show, only to have the potential tenant no-show on the appointment, then all that time is wasted, the current tenant is annoyed, I'm annoyed, no one is happy.There are potential issues with allowing strangers to walk around an occupied property.

That is annoying but a smaller issue than the 6th tenant.I have generally had a good relationship with these tenants, until now.What would you do?

This might seem like a lot of work, but having a property management company that sucks is very expensive and extremely annoying.
