It is my opinion that long term appreciation either market or forced is what makes you wealthy, not $200-$500 a month in cashflow.

Well, I don't know about any wealthy people, but I did know they don't work 12 hour shift in the hospital.

Hire a plumber to fix the issue.I work to fix the issues whether property defects or tenants as I realize being in RE is better than a 9-5 job making someone else wealthy.

s point, leverage is great and all but most gurus would never ask you to pay the loans down while true wealth is built by paying down debts on the collateralized assets + appreciation over timeOwning your assets free and clear is what will get you out of the rat race to a bajillion doors. 

I have an incredible strong network of wealthy individuals so want to get into the syndication also soon. 

Only the wealthy are able to buy homes. 

However laws changed, while Al & Shepard became wealthy. :) :) Al taught me how to change my clutch in my 1965 GTO, Al owned a 1966 Green GTO.  

As mentioned your going to need income to qualify for loans unless your family is already wealthy and you have family money to play with.

At this point I couldn't care less about being "wealthy" or getting rich.
