I'm mostly looking for aliases, undisclosed addresses, recent late payments or defaults, and significant judgments as they could all indicate a tenant who is either trying to hide something or who is not going to be collectible if I do end up with a judgement against them.

Also I do not like the  K thing for posts and votes.I think the number counts written out like before look better.For example 10,000 posts and 5,000 votesJust think the developer is trying to hide and shorten things too much that take away from the user experience.

Recently I put an ad on Craigslist for insured tile layers and I received over 100 responses in a few days, most came in at 1.00 per sq foot.Remember dark grout, hides dirt better, always assure the tile are from the same die lot, and always keep a box or two of spare tiles for the occasional chipped or broken tile replacement.As far as liability for slips on wet floors, my leases have clauses to cover that, the tenant waives all rights to sue me or they don't get in, and I still carry liability insurance anyway.In 20+ years, never had a problem.

In NH they send a courier to the registry, and in MA, the closing is frequently held AT the registry, so recording takes place on the spot.

It doesn't frame the door at all and accentuates the carport.Replacing/painting siding is too risky, so adding a tree to the left to hide the carport post and distract the eye would help.Adding a tall planter on the other side of the drive where your garden bed ends would help as well.Or a hanging planter off of the two posts - driveway left and porch left.Rick

While they have high income tax, real estate is great about allowing you to "hide" profits through depreciation.
