The area where the house is hasn't bounced back very well since the crash and I was not looking forward to trying to sell it or find new renters.

Here is the clause, used after the paragraph defining the rent:"Rent shall be paid in cash, money order or bank check or personal check, unless tenant has presented a personal check that ‘bounced’.

Getting parents to co-sign is a great idea, but their checks still bounce too.  

Those that bought 2 to 4 years ago and got a true wholesale deal are benefiting no doubt those buying today they are banking on appreciation from an asset that has already had a pretty good run up.Also we can't have this talk without excluding California prices bounced back in certain areas there very strong.

It makes sense why we have a short-term bounce when the S&P hit 1,820. 

Vegas has bounced way back same with PHX.. but your not seeing it all across the board.

I have not totally given up on the Parks Estate - its constantly bouncing around in the back of my mind.  

Other investors are also good to bounce numbers off of.

It may hurt jobs for a brief time in places like Houston but it should bounce back nicely.
