Before I had the attitude that a job would hold me back from investing becaise it would take up too much time, but you changed my mindset to now realising a job with a good income will help me find deals and therefore help me invest.Do u think getting into investing by house hacking the first handful of properties is the best way to get started?

A lot of millenials have the "give it to me now" attitude and that's not how you succeed in real life specially in real estate.

While I am only human I have noticed direct correlation between the absence of sugar and high levels of motivation, energy, and daresay optimism; adversely I've noticed that high levels of sugar consumption, especially in daytime hours, lead to horrible crashes of energy, motivation, and daresay depression (not necessarily clinical depression but certainly depressed attitude or state of mind).

A degree is not what it was worth 20 years ago and my attitude it, unless you need a degree to legally practice what you love, then investigate other paths.

If they start rolling their eyes or cocking attitude it's only the tip of the ice berg in some cases.

I’ve had a few pretty bad tenants over the years and the biggest benefit for me was my attitude about them and the situation.

But having kids, abandoning them, and expecting the social safety net to pick up the slack...we have to work to eradicate that attitude in our society.

So while I love your attitude of lets just tone it down and work out a common solution that people with differing views can accept, I do not agree with what I perceive to be apathy towards bad players that don't play nice.
