We've all seen responses from people that have never owned a single rental in their life which is rather annoying.$0.02 deposited.

In the past on our rental we would upgrade or replace things only when broken or needed (a little annoying when we were replacing and changing color of appliances but our tenants were okay with it as they knew everything was being replaced within a years timeframe).  

What annoyed me was that the other congenitally stupid cat figured out how to use the toilet almost instantly, it was the supposedly the clever one that was dumb as a brick.But anyway, I digress, my god that unfixed tom stank the place out.

People normally don't take the time to threaten to sure unless they are very very annoyed and bothered to a greater degree. 

This is becoming so annoying.

If they are annoying me I'll ignore them for a bit,And for the record, I've never had a tenant use text speak at me.

They are more likely to pee or poo where they're not supposed to, not to mention some breeds bark a lot, causing annoyances with neighbors.

With that said you run the risk of just annoying the prospective tenants with a rental increase at this stage.

Good point, that would be one more annoyance, and internet is not a very reliable product no matter who you buy from.

I've never had one so annoying.
