You could run them almost all the way to the roof, but not through it, and then cut the roof and install the last foot or two of pipe on site.The electric can be almost all preinstalled in the container... you might leave out the conduit from the main breaker panel through the outside wall.

They made some changes to the house wiring and added a panel since their operations needed a computerized system, additional lighting, fans etc.
