Lastly, I have yet to meet anyone who has done a quad hack in Socal that did not do very well with that RE vision.

My "vision" is to purchase a multifamily (2 or 3) fixer upper.

We both have a strong design vision and love finding untouched mid-century homes :)

Once you have a clear mental image of your future state, you can break it down into actionable steps and develop a strategic plan to turn your vision into reality.
