And even though the landlord wanted to keep most of the money for repairs, they couldn't as it is not considered as security deposit.By the way, these people stay in the house till I show up with the sheriff and 2 other movers, as required by law.

She later got a job in Walnut Creek, and FHA allowed her to keep the FHA financing on the Salinas house and turn it into a rental (and let her refinance it with the FHA streamline refi), then buy another FHA financed house in Oakland - because it would be too far for her to commute from Salinas to Oakland.So, that's one example where you can have more than one FHA loan at the same time, with their permission to keep one as a rental.

(There may be other scenarios where you can do it, but I only know of this one.)Then, FHA let her refinance the first one with the streamline FHA refinance option, too.She could do it again and again, is my understanding, as long as she occupies it for a year (pretty sure that's the length required).This will open a Word document.

Then find out what you need to do to take over the unit asap.I'm just afraid if you fix that toilet, they will become occupants and you have to evict them, too.Maybe you can offer to have movers put the stuff in a storage locker?

Because of their size, their gut isn't as 'streamlined' as say a normal weighted person.And because the gut isn't streamlined, they have to 'manipulate' the waste through themselves.And this involves them rocking around on the toilet, trying to push the waste down a largely compromised bowel.
