I realize that many gurus and investors promote their use, but I'm staunchly against doing anything that can do harm to your business or to the industry in general.I realize it may sound harsh, but these tactics are what give investors a bad name.

I'm not sure if by sending out notices it could be viewed as some sort of attempt to unfairly retaliate/humiliate/discriminate against the owner of the service animal and do you more harm than good. 

Its what tanked our housing and banks a bit back and harmed all.

However as we know this I much more difficult than it appears.. and in some states they are starting to crack down on this.. unleashing Non educated folks into peoples financial lives is never a good thing.. folks get on here and are encourage to start anywhere with no thought as to the potential harm they can do a seller and or buyer.. 

No harm in doing the work yourself but it you want to grow you will have to hire other people and manage them.

So, yeah, I sift through a lot of garbage, have a lot of emails go unreturned, and find enough meaningful substance for my little niche of the real estate world.  

However the very nature of your question seems to indicate that what you would like to do contravenes the purpose of the statute which likely means the Service would go the extra mile to enforce the letter of statute against you, and if that were insufficient invoke substance over form anti abuse provisions to prevent you from accomplishing what you desire.

If you are just a troll I think your post can harm some newbie investors.  

Personal references are the best way to nip the scamsters in the bud while not harming folks trying to do a good job but having a bad day or two.

Occasional flaking off of some substance that looks like dried mildew when switching between heat and cool.
