Does anyone have a real estate debt fund deck they can share with me?

I'm a contractor, and I do not mind client paying for materials, but I need a couple of hundred for consumable materials, blades, cleaning rags, equipment rents if any, etc.

The tourist residence permit does have some off street parking requirements (which is sounds like these units would have), some Gatlinburg City building code requirements (they are especially looking at stability of decks/covered porches lately), and just a general overview.

Mortgages and notes are not widget contracts that can be pushed across a table like a deck of cards dragging money from a pot.

It is located in a very tough location to access under a deck and have not had much luck with any contractors.Thank you in advance for the help!

., can a new deck or fence be add once we use it add to the cost basis once we convert it back to a rental?

You need to either recycle from another location or  my floor guy used some flat deck wood that he cut down. 

Examples would be adding a new bedroom, bathroom, garage, fence, awning, deck, HVAC as well as plumbing and electrical.

This was the first place we looked at and it was the rooftop deck that sold us.

It is amazing how much stuff you have to buy to finish it for vacationers, let alone fixing the deck railing, replacing appliances etc.
