I have very attainable goals this year but the focus is not to let talking about doing things get in my the way of actually doing them. 2014 was great because I acted in REI for the first but there was a decade of talking prior to that.

I came to BiggerPockets so I could be successful in real estate and I believe that this outstanding and supportive community can help attain that!

I am removing items from my life that cost me money, by doing that FIRST, my freedom number becomes a LOT more attainable. 

In short , it will put you ahead of other applicants should you seek employment , and shows you can attain to a certain level and continue with a commitment.

It's framing it from the tenant's point of view in a way that has their best interests aligned in giving them ample time to find a place to live and not holding it against them for moving early.

Attaining financial freedom is just like losing weight.

The expectation was/is once you attain your bachelors degree, you will be able to land a job with a high enough income to substantiate the high expense of a college education.

I hope to attain my CPA license by end of year 2019.

Repeat the process until goals are attained.

I think it’s doable but it takes ample savings and years (8-12 minimum) of diligent savings and investing to make it happen.
