First time ever, before ever physically meeting, intros were done virtually via BP, which led to a few round of drinks and mexican food.

And yes, we don't have enough of a down payment to even get close to the 20% mark which would force us to move into less desirable neighborhoods which would make it way worse for my family (I'd probably end up drinking every single night from all the stress).
