A NON-investor reacts the opposite way; they see others' investing success, and they're either disinterested, or actively repulsed. 

I'm not sure how loan officers would react if I went in asking for a portfolio loan.

As a realtor, re investor and a native to Arizona I would caution you against investing in something you may not fully understand.

When you avertise your deals on the marketplace what have you found , most useful, in your posts that have gotten people to react to?

But, most developed economy governments around the world are now running at 100% debt to GDP or more and interest rates are already low, so the tools to react to a future crisis are diminished.

Obviously there is no crystal ball which can predict how the job market reacts in the event of an unforeseen catastrophic event like the GFC.
