I’m glad to hear you’re not blindly sold on Atlanta.

But I can confidently say I wouldn’t be going into any investing blindly.

Do blinds make any difference in sales price or days on market?

I bought my first Sf rental property over a year ago and have had great success with it even though I bought uneducated and in the blind really.

I feel like there are considerable amounts of negatives to this thought process but I seem to be either uneducated in this field or blind by hope haha.
