Hey feel free not to carry just don't be against me for wanting to.The fact that you carry has nothing to do with how I feel about you.lol my biggest fan getting upset that I am turning people to the burbs. 

In landlording and property management you will make people upset (security deposits, inability to deliver premises, etc).  

Because apparently, if you don't have that in your PA (disclosing your intentions) it is possible that IF someone gets upset or just decides they want to call the CA department of real estate and mention that you assigned the contract to someone else...

I would be particularly upset that they did it while you were away

I heard the recent podcast that you suppose to have your operating LLC and holding LLC to be separated but i'm not sure how it get done exactly without upsetting the bank?

Hopefully it will help some people out.My wife finds the letters to be upsetting and likens it to buzzards trying to feed off a dead carcass.

In some areas it’s better if you are living in the property because otherwise the towns can become unnecessarily upset with you if your neighbors complain for any reason.

The first I heard of it is when I got a call from an older neighbor who was upset because the dog chased her and her little dogs.

Okay now that that’s over here goes...Texas resident here...I am interested in purchasing real estate in my home town (Louisiana) that’s a BLINK small & population about 6,500 a homey place where everyone knows one another by name.The town is going down and it’s upsetting to visit and see how the community is dying away.Is doing the unthinkable INSANE or nah?
