In a recent study by Airdna, it ranked AZ as the #1 state for STR's. 

From a macro perspective, for buy and hold, I'd rank these cities:1) Phoenix2) Jacksonville3) CincinnatiThese are all very different markets

Although in my opinion Queen Creek should rank as close to last place as possible.

The other point to make is if investing in real estate is so horrible, then how come it consistently ranks in the top 5 industries with the most millionaires?

It is very difficult for new investors to rank for the top search terms in their given markets.

Then they remember the sign says we buy houses and look it up for the area they are looking and your ranked on search engines with that name and city you will be the first to pop up on the internet and most likely get the deal.

@J Scott With a sub four thousand  Alexa ranking I bet the numbers are very low. 

In addition to ranking content, I think it would be fun to allow the pros to rank contributors by the level by which they appear to be trusted (ranking other pros and others).
