When I first joined StoreMyTruck.com back in August of 2022, I came on here to the BP forum and I noticed that there was not a lot of info. about the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) space nor was there a lot of info. about the truck parking biz.

Please can you share any experience installing a underlayment to help with imperfections and or help with insulation in cold temperatures?

I can't imagine how fogging would work: some of the (toxic) molds are resistant to extremes of temperatures.

I love it...When I visit an applicant's present residence, I look to see whether they have a shoe rack / shoe area near the entry door - because this is a good sign that they don't wear their outdoor shoes indoors.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.  

Park County is gorgeous and has plenty of activities to keep you busy if you like the outdoors or just a great place to escape to and soak in the high country views and quiet.

The city has had a big initiative in revitalizing the city and making it an outdoor destination.  

Also, as was mentioned earlier, you have more control of the temperature and therefore more control of your expenses.I hope this newbie opinion helps.Darrell
