I would offer a couple of observations.

A buried leech field is not obvious, you can't observe the use.

I am very interested in a career in real estate investing (obviously, I'm on biggerpockets).I humbly ask if a real estate investor in the Portland area would mind letting me just come along for the ride for any number of hours you'd be comfortable with during this week or next so I can observe your day-to-day investing activities.

I have been looking at Evansville at a very high level.Here is what I am observing in the data:1) Evansville has low volatility in housing prices, some sections still under 2008 highs.2) There was a recent downturn starting around in Jan 20163) Some new business moving to the area, Hyatt Hotel and the Tropicana plant is opening in 2017 and a few other smaller revitalization items.4) WTF?

Electricity may not be activated if any issues were observed by the FSM-If the FSM allows the utilities,  there will be a charge to dewinterize and then to winterize again $150-250. 

i'm with scott. i was able to sign in and observe. it may be my own fault, but i was expecting a greater amount of interaction between members. perhaps if it was going to be used for a roleplay, maybe a youtube video or recording would have been more suitable (and dar easier to follow). i was often confused when the roleplay was going and when it wasnt. i think scott had some valid questions that werent addressed. i signed off before the q&a session at the end so i cannot comment on that. perhaps that section would have been better for scotts questions, but i can understand his frustration on not waiting around. i certainly look forward to getting chats going more often. i appreciate bill and will taking time out of their day (on football sunday) to educate. in time, i think the chat will be more polished for everyone.

As an observation, if the lender needs to lend a minimum of $93k to avoid the "high costs mtg", which is a problem for Them, not you...this means you are getting hosed on fees and costs, since they need to lend $93k to avoid it due to Their fees.....find a better lender.

Observation windows overlook each floor so mothers can study or eat or talk while they watch the kids in the center.
