For me, I would much rather have new modern units that rent for more money than older units.

For that market, I rehab the properties to a higher modern granite standard.

BACKGROUND:COVID-19 has created a state of chaos never seen before in the modern world and as we dream of getting back to “normal” there is an unsettling reality of what exactly “normal” will look like on the other side of this tragic pandemic.
