It's nice to have nice things for yourself, but knowing when to say when is key while deciding how fancy to make things.

I didn't get a chance to put up any fancy pictures or anything, but it's now official. 

It isn't necessarily what I would call a fancy house, but it's definitely a rental.  

Doesn't have to be fancy, just a single wall between them and the road.

I lived in Tempe for about a decade and the proximity to everything makes it an ideal location for living and owning rentals.Yes Scottsdale is kind of the desert equivalent to La Jolla, so you can expect to pay those prices for that fanciness as well.

However, it is SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper to just pay their hourly rate once or twice a year if you need tax advice than to pay for some fancy package. 

The wheel can't be reinvented, you can put fancy rims on it, but at the end of the day the original wheel works.

I worked up a list of 11,000 or so names on ListSource with basic criteria selected, nothing too fancy, and it came back at $2000 + for the list, that 18.6 cents per name.
