Google street view does not tell the whole picture of a neighborhood, so please refer to researching online all the safety maps, population demographics, median income, median sales, and all the info about a neighborhood.

As a matter of fact , my demographic usually make money (investments like stock, shorting them , going long, whatever it might be) but I see my demographic making money in both a good and bad economy.

Hi Robert,Maybe drive over to Ohio (Covid no fly) and talk to James in person.That would probably give you an idea of he's your kind of guy or not.Maybe bring a couple of Starbucks.That way you have your car and can drive the areas that interest you and see if they are for you or not.You can also get a feel for the "Demographic" of renters in the different neighborhoods.Just my 2 cents.

Better schools, better demographics, and lots of 80k/yr jobs. 

Far less regulations, and infrastructure costs are greatly reduced.Know your target demographic.

Be advised that the demographics can be more challenging but the returns are greater.

Demographics are different, housing stock is different, market rate rates will be different and housing prices will be different.

I'm curious to what people have to say, and what demographics play a role in that decision etc.
