My only problem is I reside in New York and you won't find deals like yours unless its fire damaged property or place just needs a total rebuild from the start to end.

Needless to say I was in a slump...however, I decided I may just become a real estate agent to get my mind refocused while tried to rebuild credit or finding a partner.

I plan to do most if not all of the work on my flips/rebuilds myself. 

It will be interesting to see how the town continues to blossom as we hopefully carry the "rebuild" momentum into a new phase of growth.

There isn't much more space left in sarasota for new homes, unless they demolish and rebuild, which the neighbor of that house i purchased does for a living, heh.

Its only 321 units after the fire the other day and one a while back, but we will rebuild those units down the road as well.
