Its kind of ironic that you are asking what steps it takes to be wealthy and people are telling you, yet you keep saying, "No, I want actionable steps".

Maybe the cast iron plumbing is getting suspect on one, sell it if a better deal comes along.

:I was at home depot this morning and the guy in the paint section said people keep coming in and buying ALL the face masks everytime they get any stock to send to family over seas.right, amazon is even on back order until the end of march. what's ironic is they are saying that the mask will not protect from the virus. you will need a full face respirator covering your face and eyes  

LOL, ironically, it's about establishing boundaries.Are you going to go over there during a thunderstorm or when they watch a scary movie to hold their hand as their tender little beingness gets through such emotional trauma???

Electric cars require no maintenance (other than tires) and ironically have no transmissions.....
