All that said, there are still strings of days where you're so busy with it all it's a victory to find ten minutes to take a shower or make pb&j. 

If you really don't make sure you post it on the listing more than once you do not have it because guests alot of times automatically assume there is and will be upset if it does not.

I have down a lot better if I keep the relationship as professional as possible :) If it gets to friendly I find that I have ALOT more issues PLUS I seem to get alot more grief as people get upset when its treated like a business.
