One thing I thought was a bit unusual was how the water-bill always had to be in the landlord's name and not the tenant's name.

This was pre BP days and a lot less easily available data.From reading many posts on BP, my guess is that many on here have only been through 1 market cycle, and most recently that was an unusually fast appreciation cycle.

The thing is, we just forget what the uncertainties of the past felt like because, well, it's no longer uncertain.

I don’t recommend rushing into it when the market is uncertain.
