I plan on buying 40-80 acres and plant trees or hopefully the land will have trees preferably pine so I can clear cut or thin depending on how much there is.

It started with the nuclear disarment group who used fallout as an example of how not only people, but things could not exist for hundreds if not thousands of years after a fallout event of a magnitute less than that of the Japanese bombs, yet those two cities are thriving today, after less time than half of the least time scenario given by those proponents.Then they attacked the nuclear power plants and we did have almost the same example they feared in what was Russia and the area is thriving today.Now I see they are saying the same kinds of things about other kinds of emissions.

ConEd used to sell excess steam (byproduct) when it "bought out" the plants from NYC itself - it does not do so anymore, as far as I know - this was the cheapest heating option at the time and is still used in Europe extensively esp where it is cold!

This is no different than the tenant going out of the country for a month and asking the neighbor to come over twice a week and bring in the mail, water the plants, and make sure all is well inside the home.
