Not saying it cant be done because we know there are many who succeed at real estate with no formal education but we or for the most part we all graduated high school can read right do math and once U take some basic real estate course you can understand how real estate works.. especially landlording that takes not a whole heck of amount of advanced thought to under stand the concepts and execute.. of course some do better than others some scale.some happened to invest at the right time in the right areas and a rising tide raised all ships..
