There seems like a lot of different variables that can potentially be an issue and if you're unaware of a certain issue than it can ruin your purchase.

The seller still thinks they have a home worth something, but they ruined it by gutting it and letting it sit for 2 years.

We fix it the same way the Michael Jackson estate went from financial ruin to profitable.

I've seen ceilings cut out, windows with black duck tape, doors completely ruined, sheds with holes in them, outdoor electrical outlets completely hack sawed to pieces, and additional buildings built other the property with no permits, and not up to code. 

I dont understand why they do that, but it has ruined many opportunities for people like me, just starting out.@ MarkNa, its a sort newer home. ( built in 1996) Just a poor design. 2/3s are a least $100 less a month.

I was in contract on a deal and then out of the blue couldnt get ahold on ANYONE for 8 days...and so the deal fell through.I moved all my money to Entrust (how similar these names are) and have been quite happy with their responsiveness.Jeez....just hearing their name in your post makes me angry.Maybe theyve cleaned up shop in the last year and a half......but they ruined a deal for me.

Frankly as it relates to these homes they are paths to financial discord and when I hear of other who bought these that said they put their life savings into these its a path to financial ruin.. or at least a major set back.sad case of someone with a lot of juice on the internet talks a great game and puts out product that is almost exact opposite of the marketing message..
